Job Purpose To drive end-to-end residential/commercial property sales by leading a structured calling, qualification, and site-visit process — while also mentoring a small team of Sales Executives to consistently convert leads into closed deals. Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned via CRM. Conduct high-volume outbound calling to identify genuine, high-intent prospects from raw leads. Understand customer requirements, budget, and behavior during initial calls to qualify prospects effectively. Schedule and conduct site visits with qualified prospects and targeting 5-6 quality site visits per week. Drive structured follow-ups post-visit to move prospects toward decision-making. Manage negotiations with buyers and ensure smooth deal closures. Major focus on calling scripts, lead qualification, and objection handling. Monitor call volume, site-visit conversion ratio, and follow-up discipline. Review CRM data regularly to identify bottlenecks in the calling-to-closure funnel. Plan for daily/weekly huddles to align on targets and lead prioritization. Ensure consistent achievement of site visit and closure targets Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi & English mandatory; local language a plus) Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills Proven ability to qualify leads through calling and convert them into scheduled meetings Team coordination/mentoring ability High energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence
