The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the QSR industry, a strong understanding of procurement and commercial negotiations, and a proven track record of delivering measurable cost savin gs through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and process improvement s. Preferred Qualifications & S • killsBachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) is manda • tory.8–12 years of experience in procurement/purchase functions with prior exposure to Accounts or procurement fin • ance.Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable procurement cost savings and commercial value through effective sourcing and negotiat • ions.Mandatory experience in QSR / Food Service / Retail F&B indu • stry.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and supply plan • ning.Strong understanding of vendor reconciliation, invoice processing, and procurement financial cont • rols.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management sk ills.
