**Key roles and responsibilities:** - Performance management: prepare budget at company level, set KPI’s for all functions in line with the budget, monitor the KPI’s and initiate necessary corrective action - Performance review: prepare monthly financial review (P&L, segment/division wise profitability, product wise profitability, failure cost, working capital etc.), deviation analysis, plan corrective actions in consultation with respective functions and follow on the same - CAPEX management: Budget and forecast compilation at company level, actuals on monthly basis, Budget vs Actual comparison, discussion with functions on major investments, sharing reports with all functions, tracking of major investments and follow up, support all functions for CAPEX tool - SAP master data maintenance (cost center master, PR approval hierarchy, CAPEX approval hierarchy), Old PR PO review & deletion - Corporate expenses monitoring and analysis, review, budget vs actuals reports, meetings with functions on regular basis - Automation & digitization: identify & implement projects to automate / digitize processes in order to improve efficiency & accuracy - Audit coordination with plants - Central controlling activities, coordination with plants and functions for various activities, harmonization of processes **Requirement profile:** Formal education: CMA with 10-12 years of experience Defined competencies: Functional skills - Marginal costing Expert Standard costing Expert Variance analysis Expert Financial statements - P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow Expert Financial analysis & interpretation Expert Budgeting Advanced Group / Internal guidelines Expert Accounting / Reporting standards Advanced Accounting principles Advanced Direct taxes Advanced Indirect taxes Advanced SAP / IT Skills - SAP CO & MM module Expert SAP FI & SD module Advanced EXCEL Expert POWERPOINT & WORD Expert Behavioural Skills - Accuracy Expert Analytical skill Expert Communication skills Expert Teamwork Expert Big picture thinking Expert Target orientation Expert Problem solving skills Expert Prioritization & Multi tasking Expert Planning, execution & coordination Expert Conflict management & resolution Expert Communication skills Expert Managerial Skills Expert
