**Job Summary:** The Manager Talent Acquisition (Technology) partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics leaders, along with HR and TA Leads, to deliver high-impact hiring solutions and a world-class candidate experience. This role is responsible for translating evolving business and technology needs into actionable hiring strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring seamless onboarding of top-tier tech talent. **Key responsibilities:** - Translate business and technology requirements into structured, executable hiring plans across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics roles - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding - Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders - Collaborate with tech leadership to understand role requirements, team structures, and skill expectations, and design targeted hiring strategies - Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignment - Provide market intelligence on tech talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices - Independently lead complex and niche searches using a structured, project-based approach, including intake calibration and search strategy development - Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, talent mapping) to identify and engage passive tech talent - Utilize behavioral interviewing, technical assessments, and data insights to drive high-quality hiring decisions - Manage offer negotiations with a strong understanding of tech compensation components and candidate expectations - Drive consistent feedback loops with candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve hiring effectiveness - Champion diversity hiring by building inclusive pipelines across technology roles - Optimize hiring workflows using ATS and recruitment tools; track, analyze, and report hiring metrics with actionable insights - Effective execution of the technology hiring strategy aligned to business goals - Achievement of hiring targets across quality, speed, diversity, cost, and candidate/hiring manager experience - Strength and depth of tech talent pipelines across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - 6 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on technology hiring - Proven experience hiring for roles across Product Management, Software Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Product/UX Design - Strong understanding of technology roles, skill sets, and hiring nuances across tech domains - Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage multiple priorities - Experience advising stakeholders on tech talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring strategies - Hands-on expertise in advanced sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and assessment techniques for mid to senior tech roles - Familiarity with modern hiring tools, platforms, and ATS systems - Strong proficiency in direct sourcing channels, especially LinkedIn and developer/design communities (e.g., GitHub, Dribbble, Kaggle) **Personal Attributes:** - Thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach - Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal guidance - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills within the tech ecosystem - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities - Balances empathy with a results-driven approach - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver within deadlines Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
