Job Tittle : RMO / Sr. Medical officer ( Max@Home) - Max Healthcare Experience : 4 to 10 Years Location : Delhi / NCR Role & responsibilities The RMO will provide medical support for home-based patients through audio/video consultations, remote patient monitoring, and in-person assessments. The role ensures safe, timely, and coordinated care by acting as the clinical link between patients, families, consultants, and the Max@Home care team. Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Care • Conduct audio/video consultations for routine follow-up, symptom reporting, and clinical guidance. • Review remote patient monitoring (RPM) datavitals, alerts, device readingsand escalate abnormalities. • Perform home visits for clinical assessment, acute symptom evaluation, and follow-up care. • Identify early signs of deterioration and coordinate timely interventions with consultants. • Support medication review, treatment plan updates, and symptom management. 2. Patient & Family Communication • Provide family briefing and counseling regarding condition, progress, treatment plan, and red-flag symptoms. • Educate caregivers on home-care protocols, precautions, and emergency escalation steps. • Maintain empathetic and clear communication at all times. 3. Consultant Coordination • Facilitate consultant connect for escalations, new orders, or clinical decision-making. • Update consultants promptly on clinical changes, RPM alerts, or unexpected events. • Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, dieticians, and technical teams for seamless care. 4. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain accurate and timely EMR notes for daily reviews, visits, interventions, and escalations. • Ensure proper documentation of adverse events, alerts, and consultant orders. • Contribute to daily/weekly clinical dashboards as required. 5. Quality & Safety • Follow Max Healthcare clinical protocols, infection control standards, and documentation guidelines. • Participate in quality audits, case reviews, and training sessions. • Ensure safety in home-care settings and verify nursing adherence to protocols. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications • MBBS with valid registration (Delhi / relevant state). • 4 to 10 years of clinical experience; home-care/cardiac/ICU/ED experience preferred. • Strong decision-making skills and comfort with digital health platforms. • Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-handling abilities.
