Mechanical Design Lead

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Lead the mechanical design team to develop innovative solutions for plastic molded parts using Creo software. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications. - Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis to optimize part performance and reduce costs. - Develop RCA (Root Cause Analysis) reports to troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing defects. **Job Requirements :** - 8-12 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the auto components industry. - Proficiency in Creo software for designing complex plastic molded parts. - Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and materials used in the industry. - Experience with DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) methodology.
