Mechanical Quality Surveyor (Wind tower)

Job description

Job Role : a)Raw material (Plate and Flange) incoming inspection at wind tower manufacturer b) Plate UT re-examination. c) CTQ (Critical to Quality) witness in Tower manufacturing process. I. PTC (Production Test Coupon) welding witness II. Adhesion Test witness of coating. d) Welding and shelf-life consumables monitoring. e) Process and production supervision as per scope of agreed QAP between Envision & Tower manufacturer or Envision & Customer. I. Welding activity supervision. II. In-process supervision. III. Final Dimension inspection (Black Stage) IV. Coating Inspection V. Internals Assembly Inspection. VI. Pre-Dispatch Inspection. f) Identifying the non-conforming process and highlighting the same for RCA and CAPA g) Dossier review of the tower sections needs to be completed within 24 Hrs once the COC received from tower manufacturers. Deputation would be on PAN India basis at our all-tower manufacturer end. l) Weekly 6 Days working with 8 Hrs working per day as per our suppliers working & holiday policies.
