Job description

Role & responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. • Build conversational AI solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Virtual Agents, and Azure OpenAI Services. • Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise applications such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SAP, Salesforce, and third-party APIs. • Develop and optimize prompts, plugins, actions, and orchestration workflows for AI-driven business processes. • Create automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform. • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-powered solutions. • Ensure security, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices across Copilot implementations. • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize Copilot responses and user experiences. • Stay updated on Microsoft AI, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Generative AI advancements.
