Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant - Project Operations We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Project Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, and support of D365 F&O Project Operations modules. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O solutions. • Configure and implement D365 F&O Project Operations functionalities. • Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with stakeholders. • Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and rollouts of D365 F&O. • Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and user training materials. • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migrations. • Perform UAT support, issue resolution, and post-go-live support. • Work closely with project managers and business users to ensure successful project delivery. • Assist in process optimization and recommend best practices within D365 F&O. Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. • Strong experience in Project Operations / Project Management and Accounting module. • Experience in: • Project Planning & Scheduling • Resource Management • Project Budgeting & Cost Control • Time & Expense Management • Project Billing & Revenue Recognition • Project Financial Management • Good understanding of: • General Ledger (GL) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Fixed Assets • Procurement & Sourcing • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design. • Knowledge of D365 integrations, data migration, and reporting. • Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certifications. • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). • Knowledge of Azure integrations and Lifecycle Services (LCS). • Experience working in global implementation projects. Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Good documentation and presentation skills.
