**Job Title: M365 Power Platform Developer (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx)** **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled **Microsoft 365 Power Platform Developer** to design, develop, and maintain business applications using **PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), and custom connectors**. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable low-code solutions, enhancing SharePoint with custom components, automating workflows, and integrating systems across the Microsoft ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and develop **PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)** to meet business requirements - Build and maintain **Power Automate flows** (cloud flows, scheduled flows, approval workflows) - Create and manage **custom connectors** to integrate with external APIs and services - Work with **Microsoft Dataverse** for data modeling, relationships, and security roles - Develop **SPFx (SharePoint Framework) solutions**, including web parts and extensions - Customize **SharePoint Online UI/UX** using SPFx, React, and modern web technologies - Develop end-to-end solutions within the **Microsoft 365 & Power Platform ecosystem** - Integrate solutions with **SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Azure services, and third-party applications** - Troubleshoot and optimize performance of applications, flows, and SPFx components - Implement **security, governance, and best practices** for Power Platform and SharePoint environments - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Create documentation, user guides, and provide training/support to end users - Monitor and maintain deployed solutions, ensuring reliability and scalability **Required Skills & Qualifications** **Strong hands-on experience with:** - **PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)** - **Power Automate (Flows, approvals, automation)** - **Dataverse (entities, relationships, security roles)** - **SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development** - **Custom connectors & API integrations** **Good understanding of:** - Microsoft 365 ecosystem (**SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook**) - **SharePoint architecture**, lists/libraries, permissions, and customization - **JavaScript/TypeScript, React (for SPFx)** - **JSON, REST APIs**, and data integration concepts **Additional Requirements** - Experience with **business process automation and workflow design** - Knowledge of **Power Platform environment management and governance** - Basic understanding of **Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Appsoptional but preferred)** - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills **Nice-to-Have** - Experience building **reusable SPFx components and extensions** - Familiarity with **DevOps / CI-CD for Power Platform and SPFx deployments** - Experience with **Power BI integration** - Microsoft Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
