Job Title: MIS Analyst Python & Advanced Excel Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst with strong analytical skills to manage business reports, automate reporting processes, and generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Python and Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. • Analyse large datasets and provide business insights to stakeholders. • Automate manual reporting processes using Python. • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel. • Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation. • Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements. • Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely report delivery. • Prepare ad-hoc reports and management presentations. Mandatory Skills • Python (Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL/Xlwings) • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas) • Dashboard creation and data visualisation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills Preferred Skills • SQL • Power BI or Tableau • VBA/Macros • Experience with reporting automation Experience • 2–5 Years
