Job Title: MIS Analyst Python & Advanced Excel Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst with strong analytical skills to manage business reports, automate reporting processes, and generate actionable insights. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in **Python** and **Advanced Excel** for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Analyse large datasets and provide business insights to stakeholders. - Automate manual reporting processes using Python. - Create interactive dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel. - Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation. - Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements. - Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely report delivery. - Prepare ad-hoc reports and management presentations. Mandatory Skills - Python (Pandas, NumPy, OpenPyXL/Xlwings) - Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas) - Dashboard creation and data visualisation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills Preferred Skills - SQL - Power BI or Tableau - VBA/Macros - Experience with reporting automation Experience - 2–5 Years
