**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **MIS Analytics** to lead the MIS and analytics function for the Emerging Markets business. The role will act as the **single point of contact (SPOC)** for all business data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of information across functions. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage, validate, analyze, and present business data, enabling leadership to make informed strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Act as the **single point of contact (SPOC)** for all MIS and business analytics related to Emerging Markets. - Manage and maintain business data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Business Development to ensure timely data updates and alignment. - Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards using **Power BI** and **Microsoft Excel**. - Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure reliable reporting. - Analyze business data and generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. - Present meaningful dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to senior leadership. - Identify business trends, opportunities, and potential risks through data analysis. - Standardize reporting processes and implement best practices for data governance. - Lead and mentor the MIS team while driving continuous process improvements. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6?10 years of experience in MIS, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics. - Strong expertise in **Power BI**, **Advanced Microsoft Excel**, and MIS reporting. - Proven experience in data analysis, data validation, and dashboard development. - Experience in handling large datasets and preparing management reports. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. - Prior experience in team management is preferred. - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
