**Job Title: MIS Executive** **Location:** Goa **Department:** Sales **Experience Required:** Freshers **Employment Type:** Full-Time **About the Role** Bisleri International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce MIS Executive to support business operations through data management, reporting, performance tracking, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MIS reporting, marketplace operations, and advanced Excel skills to drive data-backed decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Track and analyze sales, revenue, inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and customer metrics across online channels. - Generate dashboards and performance reports for management review. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with marketplace, sales, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. - Reconcile sales and order data from various e-commerce platforms and internal systems. - Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities through data analysis. - Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency. - Manage large datasets and perform data validation to ensure data integrity. - Prepare ad-hoc reports and business presentations as required by stakeholders. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Applications, or related field. - 1+ years of experience in MIS reporting, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards). - Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports. - Dashboard and reporting efficiency improvements. - Data quality and compliance. - Business insight generation and actionable recommendations. - Support for sales growth and operational effectiveness. **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work with one of India's leading beverage brands. - Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. - Competitive compensation and benefits.
