**Job Description** - We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage reporting, data analysis, and payout validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate and timely MIS reports, maintaining data trackers, validating reimbursement and incentive claims, and developing dashboards that support business, sales, and operational decisionmaking. **Reporting Manager:** Senior Manager **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements. - Develop and maintain dashboards to provide actionable business insights. - Manage and update data trackers, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. - Validate payouts, sales incentives, travel allowance claims, and other reimbursement requests for accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Reconcile data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Analyze business performance and present key metrics and insights to stakeholders. - Identify opportunities to automate reports and improve reporting efficiency using advanced Excel functions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline MIS processes and strengthen data governance **Requirememts -** **Experience** - 3+ years of experience in MIS, reporting, or business analytics. **Education** - Bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field. **Skills** - Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, and dashboards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. - Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and MIS reporting. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
