JD Key responsibilities • System management: Plan, manage, and maintain the organization's computer systems, networks, and infrastructure. • Data analysis and reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to create regular and ad-hoc reports for management. This includes preparing dashboards and visualizations to present key insights. • Data integrity and security: Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of all data within the system. • Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks to ensure smooth operations. • Collaboration and support: Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide training and support on MIS applications. • Strategic support: Support business decisions by providing timely and accurate information and developing strategies that align with the company's IT goals. Required skills and qualifications • Technical skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, database management principles, SQL, and advanced Excel is often a must. • Analytical skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. • Interpersonal skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
