Job description We are looking for a passionate and driven Support Services Executive to join our dynamic team at Manipal Hospitals! Location: Jaipur, Raj What You'll Do:. • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all patient care areas, OPDs, ICUs, wards, and back-of-house locations. • Manage housekeeping, laundry, transport, security, food & beverage, pest control, and horticulture operations. • Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and timely resolution of service-related complaints. • Ensure availability of linen, consumables, vehicles, and other support resources. • Maintain departmental records, inventories, logbooks, and operational documentation. • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and quality standards. • Supervise, guide, and train support service staff to ensure efficient service delivery. • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth day-to-day operations. • Participate in departmental audits, safety initiatives, and continuous process improvements. • Attend mandatory training programs and contribute to continuous learning and development.
