Today we stand as an integrated network with a pan-India footprint of 49 hospitals across 19 cities with 10,500 beds, and a talented pool of over 7,200 doctors and an employee strength of over 20,000. **Location**: Jaipur, Raj **What You'll Do:**. - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all patient care areas, OPDs, ICUs, wards, and back-of-house locations. - Manage housekeeping, laundry, transport, security, food & beverage, pest control, and horticulture operations. - Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and timely resolution of service-related complaints. - Ensure availability of linen, consumables, vehicles, and other support resources. - Maintain departmental records, inventories, logbooks, and operational documentation. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and quality standards. - Supervise, guide, and train support service staff to ensure efficient service delivery. - Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth day-to-day operations. - Participate in departmental audits, safety initiatives, and continuous process improvements. - Attend mandatory training programs and contribute to continuous learning and development.
