ARGO Teller System Consultant **Location:** SMILES 2, Bengaluru **Years of Experience:** 5-11 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated ARGO Teller Consultant with 5-11 years of banking technology experience to support teller transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter who can think beyond standard implementations, drive process improvements, and collaborate effectively with business and technology teams to deliver seamless branch banking experiences. **Responsibilities** - Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the ARGO Teller platform. - Analyze current teller operations and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. - Collaborate with branch operations, business users, and technology teams to gather and validate requirements. - Support integration with core banking systems, payment platforms, authentication, and downstream applications. - Participate in migration, testing, UAT, production rollout, and hypercare activities. - Troubleshoot production issues and recommend long-term solutions. - Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative approaches to enhance branch efficiency and customer experience. **Mandatory Skills** - 5-11 years of experience in banking technology, specifically in teller or branch banking solutions. - Hands-on experience with ARGO Teller implementations or similar teller platforms. - Strong understanding of retail banking and branch operations. - Experience in system integrations, APIs, and banking middleware. - Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. **Preferred Skills** - Self-driven and proactive with strong ownership. - Innovative thinker who challenges conventional approaches. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic transformation environment. - Quick learner with a passion for modern banking technologies. **Deal Breaker Skill:** Experience with ArgoCD is required.
