ARGO Teller System Consultant Location: SMILES 2, Bengaluru Years of Experience: 5-11 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated ARGO Teller Consultant with 5-11 years of banking technology experience to support teller transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter who can think beyond standard implementations, drive process improvements, and collaborate effectively with business and technology teams to deliver seamless branch banking experiences. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the ARGO Teller platform. • Analyze current teller operations and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. • Collaborate with branch operations, business users, and technology teams to gather and validate requirements. • Support integration with core banking systems, payment platforms, authentication, and downstream applications. • Participate in migration, testing, UAT, production rollout, and hypercare activities. • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend long-term solutions. • Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying innovative approaches to enhance branch efficiency and customer experience. Mandatory Skills • 5-11 years of experience in banking technology, specifically in teller or branch banking solutions. • Hands-on experience with ARGO Teller implementations or similar teller platforms. • Strong understanding of retail banking and branch operations. • Experience in system integrations, APIs, and banking middleware. • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
