MODULE LEAD - ServiceNow - GRC

Job description

Key Responsibilities (GRC/RM): • Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/RM modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, BCM, TPRM, and CCM. • Develop and customize IRM workspaces, portals, forms, dashboards, and reports. • Build and maintain client-side and server-side scripts, including Business Rules, UI Policies, and Script Includes. • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
