MODULE LEAD - UX

A seasoned UX professional who excels at strategic design facilitation, user research, and stakeholder engagement. This role demands a strong ability to run design thinking workshops with cross-functional teams, map user journeys, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive user-centered innovation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end-users to gather insights and ensure design decisions align with business goals and user needs. Research: Perform qualitative/quantitative studies and usability testing summarize actionable insights. Ability to create User Journey Mapping, personas, and scenarios Promote UX best practices, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic roadmaps. Qualifications: Degree in HCI, Product Design, or related field. 8+ years in UX design, 2+ years in facilitation/leadership. Strong communication, collaboration, and continuous learning mindset." Proven 4-6 yrs experience as UX, Interaction or Visual Designer with strong portfolio. Familiarity with interaction design, information architecture and design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Invision, UXPin). Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset. Responsibilities: Gather and evaluate user needs with stakeholders, PMs and engineers. Generate design ideas using task flows, process flows and sitemaps. Build IA and navigation for product/service. Create UI components (menus, buttons, tabs, widgets, grids) and visual mock-ups, clickable prototypes. Present drafts to teams and stakeholders. Identify and fix usability/UI issues. Test and iterate based on feedback. Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors and images. Requirements: Knowledge of wireframe tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma). Strong communication, presentation and time-management skills. Preferably Fine Arts graduates with HFI/HCI/Design Thinking certification."
