**Title**: MS Dynamics 365 F&O **Location**: Bengaluru/Noida/ Pune **Notice**: Immediate to 1 week **Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Commerce Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience in D365 Commerce to design, develop, and support backend solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (formerly Retail) platform. The ideal candidate has strong X++ development skills and hands-on experience with Commerce architecture including headless commerce APIs, and integration with Finance & Operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and customize backend components within D365 Commerce, including Commerce Runtime (CRT) services, request handlers, triggers, and extensions - Strong proficiency in X++ and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development framework - Develop and extend Retail Server APIs and Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) components - Work extensively with X++ for customizations within Finance & Operations that impact Commerce (retail tables, price/discount engines, channel configurations) - Configure and customize D365 Commerce native Loyalty programs loyalty tiers, point earning/redemption rules, reward points schemas, and card/loyalty affiliation setup - Extend loyalty business logic via CRT triggers/handlers for custom earning rules, non-standard redemption scenarios, and tier-based promotions - Implement business logic for pricing, discounts, promotions, tax, inventory, and loyalty rewards at the channel level - Collaborate with functional consultants and marketing teams to translate loyalty program requirements into technical designs - Support code deployment through Azure DevOps pipelines and LCS(Lifecycle Services) - Good communications and stakeholder management skills **Good to Have:** D365 Certifications Best Regards Krishna Kanth 8121912051 korakulakrishna.k@happiestminds.com
