**Title**: MS Dynamics CRM Developer/ Lead Developer **Years of Experience:** 7-14 Years **Location**: Bengaluru & Pune **Notice**: Immediate to 30 Days **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled CRM Lead Developer to join our CRMWS team. The ideal candidate will possess 6-12 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and MS Power Automate, along with a strong background in C#, ASP.NET, and custom API development. This role requires a developer who is comfortable working in a plug-in, XRM script-heavy environment and can contribute to both configuration and custom development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. **Responsibilities:** 1. Work extensively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales and Service modules, including customization, configuration, and enhancement. 2. Design, develop, and maintain MS Power Automate flows to streamline business processes and automation. 3. Develop and customize CRM components using Javascript, plugins (C#), and workflows. 4. Perform Integrations with external systems to ensure seamless data exchange. 5. Execute and support Migration activities, including data mapping, transformation, and validation. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and integrations. 7. Ensure best practices in development and deployment are followed. Experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is an additional benefit, as the candidate should be able to handle end-to-end delivery, including testing. **Mandatory Skills:** - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (D365) - essential - Microsoft Power Platform: Power apps, MS Power Automate - C#, .net, ASP.NET MVC 4+, ASP.NET Web Api - Javascript for client-side scripting in CRM - Microservices **Preferred Skills:** - TIBCO Cloud MDM - Experience with Migration and integration processes - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience in CRM development and customization - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
