Position Title Executive Navigation Services Salary Grade Executive Job Position Summary Executive Navigation Services shall be responsible for the timely updates of operations data in-office(standby) and on-board aircraft manuals and ensure that all aircraft have the most current Manuals on board. Ensure all the regulatory requirements are complied with during operations. Key responsibilities • Provide daily support with revising and maintaining the mandatory documents in the Aircraft Library to a current status. • Prepare the Ferry Documents as per request for New Aircraft Delivery • Maintain and update 3rd / Standby EFB on a weekly revision cycle, and to ensure that all aircraft have the updated 3rd EFB’s on board before the departure. • Proceed with a monthly Aircraft Library check to all mandatory documents on board all aircraft, report all findings to the Manager / Asst. Manager Navigation Services, and resolve the audit findings as required. • Shall support Manager/Asst. Manager Navigation Services during regulatory Audits. • Ensure compliance to organizational and safety standards. • Any other duties assigned by the Superiors. Desired Qualification / certifications • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Shall not be less than 21 years of age. • Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. • Computer Literacy Preferred relevant work experience • Minimum 1 year of Aviation Experience and working in a similar environment. Skills and knowledge • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. • Willingness to take on responsibility and challenges. • Must be able to work independently. • Ability to solve multiple issues and tasks, support and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
