Our real-world practitioners work collaboratively to deliver future-focused outcomes. - Hands‑on experience in administering or supporting NetSuite in a production environment - Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration and standard functionality (forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, reports) - Experience providing application support in an ITIL or service‑oriented environment - Understanding of NetSuite user management, roles, permissions, and licencing - Experience supporting data quality through CSV imports, updates, and validation - Familiarity with system monitoring concepts including storage usage and API governance - Working understanding of integration concepts and experience supporting integrations between NetSuite and third‑party systems - Basic exposure to SuiteScript or NetSuite scripting (reading or making minor updates is an advantage) - Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders - Ability to work independently, manage BAU workloads, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks - Proven ability to produce clear, fit‑for‑purpose documentation including knowledge base articles, configuration notes, and release notes - A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of problem‑solving in a business‑critical system environment - Strong personal accountability and commitment to maintaining and expanding NetSuite knowledge over time **Key Responsibilities:** **Service & Incident Management** - Triage, manage, and resolve NetSuite service tickets within agreed SLAs, applying sound judgement on prioritisation and escalation. - Escalate complex or high-impact issues to senior resources or external partners with sufficient context for them to act promptly. - Proactively monitor system health, identify recurring issues, and propose root-cause fixes rather than repeated workarounds. **User Access & Compliance** - Administer user profiles, roles, permissions, and licence assignments in accordance with access control best practices. - Conduct periodic user access reviews and segregation of duties (SoD) checks, maintaining audit-ready records of access decisions. - Manage licence right-sizing to ensure efficient utilisation and compliance with NetSuite licence agreements. **Configuration & Administration** - Implement and maintain NetSuite configuration changes including custom forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, and reports. - Support data quality through CSV imports, data corrections, and validation activities. - Monitor system limits including storage usage, API governance, and licence utilisation, escalating where thresholds are at risk. - Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems, escalating issues with appropriate diagnostic detail. **⚠️ Disclaimer:** Firstsource follows a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
