Network CISCO Voice Engineer Hybrid Hyderabad/Bengaluru Exp: 8+ yrs Mandatory Skills: Network CISCO Voice, CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC/PSX About the role: We are looking for an experienced Voice Networking / Unified Communications Engineer to provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise voice and collaboration infrastructure. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity Connection, Ribbon SBC and Ribbon PSX , along with good knowledge of SIP-based voice communication. The role will focus on voice infrastructure administration, production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and maintaining high availability of the enterprise telephony environment. Preferred candidates should have hands-on experience with: • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) • Cisco Unity Connection • Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC) • Ribbon PSX • Voice infrastructure operations, troubleshooting, and incident management Desired Skills: • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to manage high risk production changes with precision • Excellent organization, documentation, and time management skills • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams • Comfortable operating in fast paced, capacity constrained environments
