IT Infrastructure Project Manager/Project Coordinator Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Hybrid Years of Exp: 5+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating various projects related to ATM site builds and decommissions, ensuring alignment with networking fundamentals, particularly in Cisco routing and switching. This position requires a blend of project management skills and basic technical knowledge, with a focus on effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Coordinate project activities related to ATM site builds and decommissions, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines. • Act as the primary point of contact for ATM Banking teams, ISP vendors, and third-party vendors, facilitating clear communication and collaboration. • Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any potential issues proactively. • Support senior network engineers in technical discussions and project planning, leveraging basic networking knowledge. • Document project requirements, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining accurate records for future reference. • Participate in project meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Mandatory Skills: • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, particularly Cisco routing and switching. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. • Proficient in project management tools and software. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Preferred Skills: • Experience in managing infrastructure projects, particularly in the banking or financial services sector. • Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes. • Understanding of ATM operations and related technologies. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management). • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is advantageous. • This position requires working shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Friday.
