Role Scope: Lead the design, implementation and support of enterprise network infrastructure Narayana Health's UK business. As the technical lead, you will manage Cisco-based data centre, campus, security and wireless environments, ensuring high availability, performance and security while leading L2/L3 support, driving continuous improvement, and supporting infrastructure projects. This role will work predominantly in UK business hours to provide operational support to UK stakeholders. Location: • Bangalore, India (UK Shift) Education • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related discipline • CCNP (Enterprise/Data Cente r) – Mandatory • CCIE – Preferred Experience • 10+ ye ars of enterprise network engineering experience • Minim um 3 ye ars in a Network Lead or Senior Network Engineer role • Experience managing Cisco enterprise networks across Data Centre and Campus environment • Exposure to global or UK-based enterprise support environments is preferred Key Deliverables 1. Network Infrastructure & Operation • Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise LAN, WAN, Data Centre and Wireless network • Manage Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, routing, switching and wireless infrastructure • Ensure network availability, resilience and performance across business-critical environment 2. Network Security & Reliable • Administer Cisco ASA Firewalls, VPNs, ACLs, NAT and network security poli • Implement high availability, redundancy and disaster recovery best practices • Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning and performance optimization 3. Service Delivery & Incident Mana • Lead L2/L3 network support and major incident resolution • Ensure adherence to ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management proc • Maintain CMDB, asset inventory and technical document 4. Collaboration & Infrastructure P • Support Microsoft Teams, Webex and enterprise collaboration platforms through QoS optimization • Lead network upgrades, migrations and infrastructure improvement initiatives • Partner with UK Infrastructure teams to deliver projects and operational excellence 5. Technical Le • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to network engineers • Develop network standards, documentation and best practices • Drive automation, continuous improvement and operational efficiency Key Technic • Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASA Firepower, Wireless LAN Co • Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF • EIGRP)VLANs, STP, HSRP • VRRP, QoSVPN (IPSec/SSL), ACLs, NAT, Network Security • ITIL Incident, Change & Problem Management • SolarWinds, Cisco DNA Centre, Wireshark, ManageEngine or similar monitoring tools • Knowledge of SD-WAN, Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure) and Network Automation (Python/Ansible) is an advantage
