Job description

Role & responsibilities • Liaise with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging Development, Procurement, Supply Services, Factory and External Manufacturers for effective and timely execution of projects. • To ensure that projects are executed as per the agreed timelines to generate projected NR / GM. • Deliver the cost saving project. • Tracking, facilitation and reporting of all cost saving projects. • Efficient handling of projects ensuring minimum cost/investment through meticulous planning of trials, material ordering and transitions • Replication of global excellence initiatives / learning in the country • Capacity planning whenever required from NPD / EPD POV • Material planning for new product launches • Ideate opportunities of improving Gross Margins across product categories Preferred candidate profile MS Projects, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, SAP
