What You'll Do We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented individual to join the Hub Management team at GS Delhi, stays current on emerging trends in employee experience and workplace culture — drawing inspiration from best-in-class organizations globally to continuously bring fresh, relevant ideas to BCG. In this role, you will own the planning and delivery of office-wide events and affiliation programs that shape the culture and community of our office of 2,000+ people in India. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one — you will manage end-to-end logistics, coordinate vendors, engage with employees and leadership, and help build programs that help enhance people experience and make GS Delhi a great place to work. **What You'll Do** **Event Planning & Execution** - Own end-to-end planning and delivery of office events — including large-scale events, town halls, festivals, community programs, and affiliations throughout the year. - Assist in building event plans covering timelines, venue logistics, catering, vendor coordination, and on-site execution — anticipating risks and resolving issues in real time. - Help manage event budgets, track spend, and ensure delivery within financial parameters without compromising participant experience. - Conduct post-event reviews, capture feedback and key metrics, and apply learnings to continuously improve event quality. - Maintain affiliation calendars, tracking tools, and communication workflows to ensure consistency and sustained engagement. **Vendor & Procurement Management** - Assist in managing vendors for events and affiliation programs — including RFP processes, quotation analysis, and service delivery oversight. - Maintain accurate procurement records, process invoices, and flag variances to ensure budget and compliance requirements are met. **Reporting & Communications** - Maintain trackers and dashboards for event metrics, participation rates, and budget utilisation; prepare clear updates for senior stakeholders. - Draft and coordinate event-related communications to ensure timely, locally relevant messaging across the hub. What You'll Bring - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in event management, office operations, employee engagement, or a similar coordination role. - Strong project planning and execution skills — able to independently manage multiple workstreams from planning through delivery. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a solutions-first mindset. - Experience coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and handling procurement processes end-to-end. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, or Slack. - Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Genuine interest in employee experience, community building, and workplace culture.
