• Track Industry development impacting KIA sales and propose action plan • Predicting automotive market trend & impact on KIA. • Create trim/ model specific strategy for sales improvement. • Micro Market identification and development • Monitoring market developments and propose strategies covering 4Ps • Make Sales Business Plan and Support ROs in developing their Business Plan • Analysing internal sales trend & explore opportunity for new customer  segment • Suggest product pricing, feature & positioning strategy to achieve set goals.
