OHSE Manager

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced OHSE Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years specifically as an OHSE Manager in the execution of EM works in Metro Stations. Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement effective occupational health and safety management systems. • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Provide training and guidance on occupational health and safety procedures. • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. • Maintain accurate records of occupational health and safety performance metrics. Job Requirements • Graduate in Engineering with a strong background in occupational health and safety management. • Proven experience in managing OHSE operations in Metro Stations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety.
