We also operate Max@Home–among India’s largest healthcare-at-home services in 12 cities–and Max Lab, offering 2,700+ tests in 50+ cities across North India. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - Review and validate oncology prescriptions and chemotherapy protocols. - Verify medication doses based on patient-specific parameters such as body surface area (BSA), weight, renal function, and laboratory values. - Prepare, supervise, or oversee the compounding of cytotoxic and hazardous medications according to safety standards. - Provide medication counseling to patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, side effects, and adherence. - Monitor patients for drug interactions, toxicities, adverse drug reactions, and treatment outcomes. - Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and oncology care discussions. - Ensure compliance with oncology treatment guidelines and institutional policies. - Maintain accurate medication records and documentation. - Support pharmacovigilance, medication safety initiatives, and quality improvement projects. - Educate healthcare professionals on oncology medications and emerging therapies. - Participate in clinical research, audits, and continuing education activities as required. **Experience & Qualifications** - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience - Healthcare is preferable - B.Pharma / D.Pharma - DELHI REGISTRATION MANDATORY
