Qualification: • Graduate or equivalent Key responsibilities: • Experience managing relationships with key hospital decision-makers (Procurement Heads, Pharmacy In-charges, COOs, Administrators, etc.) • Strong deal making and negotiation skills, ability to manage and inform key pricing & commercial discussions with hospital purchase teams • Good to have a working knowledge of the hospital ecosystem & key physicians operated nursing homes in the assigned work location • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and strong quantitative aptitude • Ability to travel to the assigned area and visit aligned hospitals per month ensuring strong coverage • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
