Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Executive role based in Bhilai. The Medical Executive will support medical affairs activities, including reviewing clinical information, providing medical input for brand strategies, and ensuring scientific accuracy in promotional and educational materials. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals, responding to medical inquiries, and supporting field teams with evidence-based data and training. The role involves monitoring relevant clinical research, therapy area developments, and guidelines to inform strategic planning and patient-centered initiatives. The Medical Executive will also contribute to internal audits, compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, sales, and diagnostics teams. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Medicine and Healthcare Management, with the ability to interpret clinical data and apply it to real-world practice. • Experience or demonstrated interest in Medical Affairs and Scientific Communication, including medical review of content and interaction with healthcare professionals. • Skills in Research and Strategic Planning to support evidence-based decisions, therapy area insights, and long-term medical strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy, clarity, and ethical standards. • Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution; prior pharmaceutical or clinical experience is an advantage. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving medical and regulatory landscapes. • Familiarity with national and international healthcare regulations, pharmacovigilance principles, and industry codes of practice is beneficial.
