Roles and Responsibilities • Manage a team of MIS professionals to deliver high-quality business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. • Develop and maintain complex data models using advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripts. • Design and implement effective reporting strategies to meet client requirements and expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop targeted solutions. • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile • 4-7 years of experience i with expertise in tools like Advanced Excel, Dashboards, etc • Strong understanding of Bi Tools (e.g., QlikView) and ability to work on multiple platforms simultaneously. • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders through clear documentation and visualizations.
