Role & responsibilities PFN:- Follow shift schedule and production schedule, planning of shifts for the subordinate as per process requirement.Handling of plasma collection, sanitization, washing, cutting, pooling and thawing,plasma fractionation process steps. DSP:- To involve in plasma products manufacturing, Handling of process related instruments and equipments in downstream process (DSP)Good communication and technical skill, GDP, Knowledge. DPM:- Need knowledge on injectable drug product manufacturing. Good hands on the filling machine line,Aseptic Filling operations, Documentation, Shift activities handling, Material management, cGMP adherence
