Founded by IIT and IIM alumni Ranvir and Krishnan, and backed by prominent investors such as Endiya Partners, Brunei Investment Authority, and the Singapore Government, Kissht is recognized for its strong growth and excellence in the industry. **Role Description** Operation Manager – Collection **Key Responsibilities:** -Manage end-to-end operational activities supporting field collections. -Ensure timely case allocation, reallocation, and portfolio distribution. -Monitor workload balancing across field teams. -Coordinate daily operational requirements to ensure uninterrupted field activities. -Track key operational metrics such as allocations, visit productivity, payment updates, pending cases, and turnaround time. -Ensure adherence to operational policies and collection guidelines. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 2-5 years of experience in collections operations - Experience supporting large field collection teams is preferred. - Must have hands on experience of Collection.
