Role Description Operation Manager – Collection Key Responsibilities: -Manage end-to-end operational activities supporting field collections. -Ensure timely case allocation, reallocation, and portfolio distribution. -Monitor workload balancing across field teams. -Coordinate daily operational requirements to ensure uninterrupted field activities. -Track key operational metrics such as allocations, visit productivity, payment updates, pending cases, and turnaround time. -Ensure adherence to operational policies and collection guidelines. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 2-5 years of experience in collections operations • Experience supporting large field collection teams is preferred. • Must have hands on experience of Collection.
