Role & responsibilities As a Operation Manager- Consulting & Analytics, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing client data and operational workflows to drive business performance. • Coordinate between clients and Engineering team for quality, on-time delivery of agreed deliverables • Analyze client data and processes and give recommendations for improved business results • Drive business results at the clients • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend changes in our product • Maintain High Team morale • Work closely with the Regional Managers to meet the set targets Preferred candidate profile • Strong command over data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI ) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
