Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 38789 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - NOIDA- BIRLASOFT OFFICE Title: Oracle HCM Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps Description: Area(s) of responsibility Oracle HCM Lead Location: Anywhere in India • More than 10+ years of experience in HCM enterprise applications with at least the last 7+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud. • Must have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management and Recruiting modules. • Additional experience in Talent Management module is an added advantage. • Must have experience in BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula. • Should have understanding in key technical concepts in Fusion HCM Cloud: HDL, HSDL, Integrations: REST APIs, OTBI Reporting. • Should be able to drive Requirements Gathering sessions, CRPs, solution design workshops, engage with different HR stakeholders to understand business imperatives and KPIs and design the system accordingly. • On top of the latest developments in the Oracle AI space in Fusion Cloud. • Well-connected in the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. • Should be flexible to work in UK and US shift.
