Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (SaaS/OIC) | 5-12 Years Experience: 5-12 Years Key Skills: • Oracle HCM Cloud (SaaS) • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • HCM Extracts • HDL (HCM Data Loader) • Fast Formulas • BI Publisher Reports • OTBI • REST/SOAP Web Services • Oracle ERP/HCM Integrations • SQL, XML, XSLT Job Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions. • Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Develop HCM Extracts, HDL templates, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI reports. • Work on inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications. • Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for HCM Cloud integrations. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules and integrations. • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. • Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Required Qualifications: • 5-12 years of IT experience with strong Oracle HCM technical expertise. • Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS implementations/support projects. • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Strong experience in HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas. • Good understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting. • Experience with REST/SOAP services, XML, XSLT, and SQL. • Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred: • Oracle Cloud certifications. • Experience with VBCS, PCS, or OCI services. • Exposure to global HCM implementations. Location: PAN India / Hybrid (as applicable) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
