Role & responsibilities We're looking for OIPA developer, would be working with (Agile) teams in projects together with professional colleagues. • Must understand the requirement from business partner and translate it for the team. • OIPA configuration (XML, XSLT) • Testing in OIPA • Strong soft skills to help bring organizational changes. • Expected to demo solution to team for aiding their understanding of future technical challenges. • Logical thinker with ability to read top down code • Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills • Strong work ethic with a focus on high quality and attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically think and solve complex problems • Strong desire to provide new solutions, which are cost effective and deliver quicker Time to market. Preferred candidate profile • OIPA Configuration (XML, XSLT) • Experience with SQL • Experience testing in OIPA. • Experience with OIPA configuration and using extension functionality to integrate with enterprise capabilities. • Continuous delivery pipeline development (ylm/bash), GitLab, GitLab CI desired • Familiar with Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization technologies. • Life Insurance product knowledge. • Understanding of MySupport process with Oracle to drive bug and patch installations. • Java, Python, Javascript framework experience (React, Angular, VueJS, Ember) • AWS Cloud experience is a plus
