You possess deep expertise in managing cross-functional dependencies, a strong track record of commercial judgment, and the technical savvy required to lead enterprise software transformations. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience optimizing complex quote-to-cash (Q2C) workflows and scaling operational infrastructure through sophisticated ERP platforms. Business operations and systems upgrades represent a critical foundation for our market growth, and you are well-positioned to drive the transformation needed to scale our commercial engine. **What You'll Be Doing** - Direct and scale the global order fulfillment lifecycle from initial ingestion through provisioning, and billing. - Oversee day-to-day order operations, managing high-volume transaction queues, complex deal structures, and critical quarter-end close activities. - Coordinate workflows with order operations teams in other locations, establishing a follow-the-sun model to guarantee continuous, 24/7 coverage. - Serve as the business lead for critical SAP Order Management module upgrades, including SAP SD migrations and S/4HANA transitions. - Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing global operations team, fostering a culture of continuous development, diversity, and clear career progression. - Partner with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Finance, and Legal to standardize and align workflows. - Translate complex operational bottlenecks into actionable digital transformation initiatives, drafting comprehensive business requirement documents. - Establish, track, and optimize core business metrics including order processing accuracy, cycle times, and operational cost per order. - Design and execute change management blueprints to ensure flawless organizational adoption of new enterprise tools and software upgrades. **The Impact You Will Have** - Transform our commercial engine by replacing legacy bottlenecks with modern, highly automated global order workflows. - Build a world-class operations team by instilling strong leadership principles, driving high retention, and cultivating top-tier talent. - Bridge regional silos by driving effective communication and collaborative partnering across diverse global teams, regions, and time zones. - Shape how the company executes system-level migrations, establishing best practices for future enterprise-wide software and ERP upgrades. - Influence the roadmap of IT and enterprise architecture teams by providing high-impact, market-driven business requirements. **What You'll Need** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. - 10+ years of direct experience in business operations, order management, or commercial operations within a fast-paced high-tech or Semiconductor environment. - 4+ years of people management experience is strictly required, with a proven track record of directly developing, hiring, and scaling operations teams. - Deep functional mastery of SAP Order Management modules (SAP SD / Sales and Distribution) is strictly required. - Proven track record of playing a leadership role in large-scale ERP upgrades, enterprise migrations, or system transformations. - Demonstrated success working with global teams, showing an exceptional ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and business units. **Who You Are** - You are an expert collaborator who knows how to sync priorities, share workloads, and maintain operational alignment with regional heads in other geographies - You are a dedicated people first leader who takes pride in unblocking your team, coaching individual contributors, and fostering a collaborative, highly engaged work culture. - You are an exceptional communicator who can seamlessly bridge the gap between regional teams, ensuring international stakeholders feel heard, aligned, and integrated. - You can walk into a meeting with complex technical teams, translate their system constraints into operational impacts, and walk out with a clear transformation plan. - You are comfortable presenting to VPs and executives, distilling intricate process data or technical system tradeoffs into a clear strategic recommendation. - You manage multiple moving pieces across Sales, Finance, and IT simultaneously, keeping all stakeholders aligned on timelines without dropping critical details. **Rewards and Benefits:** We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
