Role & responsibilities : • Have strong relationships across the Developer community in respective regions. • Good Post investment Asset Management Skills for efficient repayment of the loans. • Identify key inferences between investment thesis and actual performance of the and highlight to the manage at the right for course corrections. • Coordinating with other stakeholders like legal, compliance, finance, Audit from time to time for various due diligence, reporting etc. • Keep the management updated about key market drivers, competition etc. • Strong in micro market analysis in terms of demand supply, price trends, new launches, client preferences etc. • Post Investment monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc. to ensure and healthy investment and exist from the project
