**Your Role and Responsibilities:** As a Package Specialist: SAP GRC, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions to support risk management, compliance, and audit processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, risk management teams, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GRC with other SAP systems and third-party applications. **Your primary responsibilities will include:** **Implement SAP GRC Solutions:** Design, implement, and maintain SAP GRC solutions to support risk management, compliance, and audit processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder needs. **Collaborate with Stakeholders:** Work closely with business stakeholders, risk management teams, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP GRC with other SAP systems and third-party applications. **Deliver Security Approach:** Support the client approach to security across complex SAP environments and deliver the SAP security approach, including the development and testing of authorization profiles. **Analyze Reports:** Review and analyze reports from SAP GRC Access Control and formulate recommendations to improve risk management and compliance processes. **Provide Expert Advice:** Offer advice on security approach, governance frameworks, policies, and procedure documentations around the SAP GRC Access Control modules to project teams. **Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred education** Master's Degree **Required Technical and Professional Expertise:** **Exposure to SAP GRC Implementation:** Experience working with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, including design, implementation, and maintenance to support risk management, compliance, and audit processes. **SAP Security Knowledge:** Familiarity with SAP security approaches, including authorization profiles, security reviews, and configuration of SAP GRC Access Controls modules. **Risk Management Expertise:** Exposure to risk management principles, compliance frameworks, and audit processes, with an understanding of how SAP GRC solutions support these areas. **Technical Integration Skills:** Experience working with integrating SAP GRC with other SAP systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless functionality and data exchange. **Analytical Skills:** Ability to review and analyze reports from SAP GRC Access Control, identifying areas for improvement and formulating recommendations to enhance risk management and compliance processes. **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:** **SAP Security Configuration:** Exposure to configuring SAP GRC Access Controls modules, including security reviews and authorization profiles, to support the client's security approach. **Compliance Framework Knowledge:** Familiarity with governance frameworks, policies, and procedure documentations around SAP GRC Access Control modules, enabling effective advice to project teams. **Risk Analysis Techniques:** Exposure to reviewing and analyzing reports from SAP GRC Access Control, with the ability to formulate recommendations to improve risk management and compliance processes. ****Years of Experience:**** 5 - 8
