Packaging Development Executive

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials for R&D and commercial products. Initiate and maintain SAP codes for packaging materials. Prepare and review Packaging Material Specifications, GTPs, STPs, SOPs, and packaging guidelines. Review technical drawings for packaging components and change parts. Prepare and review Bills of Materials (BOMs), Material Packaging Codes (MPCs), and shipper labels. Review shade cards and print proofs for primary and secondary packaging materials. Review Batch Packaging Records (BPRs). Troubleshoot packaging-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Handle Change Controls, investigations, ratifications, authorizations for corrections, deviations, and related documentation. Support regulatory submissions by providing packaging documentation, samples, and responses to regulatory queries. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Vendors. Attend training programs and conduct SOP training sessions as required. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Packaging Development Head or the designated representative. **Preferred candidate profile**
