Role We are looking for a Partner Solution Architect, GSI to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Director, Solutions Consulting in the WW Alliances & Channels department. The Partner Solution Architect (PSA) serves as the primary technical champion for Zscaler’s Global System Integrator (GSI) partners, responsible for building technical competency and excellence within GSI’s security practices. You will partner closely with the business stakeholders to design scalable reference architectures and lead high-impact enablement programs for GSI architects and delivery teams. By bridging the gap between Zscaler technology and GSI service offerings, you ensure our partners can successfully architect, pilot, and drive AI and Zero Trust transformations for their largest global clients. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) • Drive opportunity acceleration in GSI partner-led large sales scenarios, providing technical expertise to expand account Sales Engineer efforts and highlight the potential of the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange • Lead strategic enablement by collaborating with GSI sales engineers to develop their technical capabilities, ensuring independent delivery of high-quality demonstrations, architecture workshops, and Proof of Values (POVs) • Elevate industry visibility as a technical thought leader through the creation of reference architectures, white papers, blogs, and public speaking at industry and corporate events • Provide technical advisory support, education, and mentorship to the global partner engineering team without direct people management responsibilities • Foster solution co-innovation by collaborating with GSI Centers of Excellence (CoE) to build differentiated, industry-specific solutions that wrap GSI services around the Zscaler platform Who You Are (Success Profile) • You act like an owner with a passion for the mission, operating with integrity and navigating seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. • You are a high-trust collaborator who is ambitious for the team, embracing a challenge culture through candid, respectful feedback to build meaningful partnerships. • You are a positive force who approaches complex challenges with contagious constructive energy, inspiring teams to remain focused on solutions. • You operate with urgency and a relentless focus on execution, understanding that speed and quality work hand-in-hand to deliver high-impact results. • You are driven by innovation and technical curiosity, constantly seeking more secure, scalable ways to leverage technology and accelerate transformation. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain • Extensive technical pre-sales experience in a GSI role working for a channel partner, vendor, or customer • Deep understanding of security, networking, authentication, and internet fundamentals • Demonstrated ability to lead business outcome-based discussions with economic buyers and technical whiteboarding sessions with technology buyers</
