Job Title: Pega Architect Skills: Pega LSA Experience: 10-17 years Location: Hyderabad & Gurugram Notice Period : 0- 60days We at Coforge Hiring for Pega Architects with the following skillset Recommended Skills: Pega Customer Service Framework Responsibilities 10+ years of overall experience, preferably within the banking or financial services domain • Project Coordination: Manage projects involving Pega applications, ensuring timely and within‑budget delivery • Solution Architecture & Design Define end-to-end architecture for Pega applications aligned with enterprise standards Design solutions using Pega Constellation UI architecture (DX APIs, React-based UI) Ensure adherence to Pega Guardrails, best practices, and reusable design patterns Lead design reviews and provide architectural guidance • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements • Pega Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Pega solutions to optimize business processes • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor developers, analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all solutions comply with banking regulations and mitigate potential risks • Agile Coach, PMP, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage • Product owners Business stakeholders Enterprise architects Provide technical estimation and solution planning • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Qualifications : Must-Have Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) 10+ years in IT, with 7+ years in Pega Hands-on experience with: Pega Infinity (8.x) Constellation UI framework Interested candidates can send their resume to Khandavilli.P@coforge.com
