Job Title: Pega Tech Lead Skills: Pega CSSA, Constellation Experience: 5-13 years Location: Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate We at Coforge are Hiring for Pega Developers and Tech Leads with the following skillset Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) with expertise in Pega Infinity and Constellation Architecture to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale business process management solutions. The candidate will play a key role in solution design, technical leadership, and delivery of Pega applications while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and architectural standards. Responsibilities: • Develop application designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. • Participate in solution design workshops and technical discussions with business and project stakeholders • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Pega solutions. • Create and review technical design documents, specifications, and solution approaches • Ensure solutions adhere to Pega guardrails, industry best practices, and Constellation design principles • Support architecture reviews and provide recommendations for technical improvements. Technical Skills: • Strong experience in Pega Infinity Platform. • Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation Architecture. • Case Management and Workflow Design. • Pega Data Pages and Data Modeling. • Business Rules and Decisioning. • Integrations using REST and SOAP services. • Security and Access Management. • Correspondence and Document Generation. • Reporting and Dashboards. • Debugging and Performance Optimization.
