Job Title: Pega Tech Lead Skills: Pega CSSA, Pega Customer Service Framework Experience: 7-13 years Location: Gurugram, Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate We at Coforge are Hiring for Pega Tech Leads with the following skillset • Certified as a Senior System Architect (CSSA) in Pega version 7.x or 8.x • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential • CSSA Certification should have been completed at least 4 to 5 years ago • Case Management, Data Management • Development Expertise: Proven experience in development with focus on: • Authentication and Authorization including RBAC, ABAC etc. • Knowledge of various studios and their purpose • Routing including flow actions, SLA Management • Key Rules such as Data Pages, System Settings, Activities, Data Transforms etc • Background processing with knowledge of Queue Processors, Job Schedulers • Reports, BIX and Sub-reports etc • Declarative processing • Industry Experience: Practical experience with one or more Pega industry frameworks such as Customer Service / Smart Investigate / Smart Disputes / Sales Automation etc • UI/UX Knowledge: Familiar with front-end technologies like React, Angular, Vue with strong foundation of HTML 5 / Node JS • Performance and Optimization: Advanced skills in performance tuning, application monitoring, and database management Deployment Knowledge: DevOps Concepts • Branching strategy, revision management • Knowledge of experience of Pega Deployment Manager Interested candidates can share your resume to Khandavilli.P@coforge.com
