People Operations Specialist (AI-First) in Bangalore

Talview is looking for an outcome-driven, AI-first People Operations professional to own key areas across the employee lifecycle, employee engagement, performance management, HR reporting, and people analytics. This isn’t a traditional HR Operations role. You’ll use AI, automation, and data to improve how People Ops processes are run and help us make faster, sharper, and more data-driven people decisions. Key Responsibilities • Own the employee lifecycle from joining through offboarding and maintain accurate employee records in Zoho People. • Handle employee queries, exit interviews, and identify recurring feedback themes that can be converted into retention/process improvements. • Own RTO, WFH, attrition, leave, and other HR reporting, turning data into decision-ready insights for leadership. • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations and automate repetitive reconciliation/reporting wherever possible. • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including hobby groups, celebrations, team events, open houses, surveys, and collaboration activities. • Own Rewards & Recognition communications and track participation and engagement impact. • Manage the performance appraisal cycle, including quarterly self-assessments, manager reviews, performance reports, letters, and payroll inputs. • Use AI tools to analyze employee feedback, identify trends, automate communications, and improve HR processes. • Identify repetitive/manual HR tasks and implement AI-driven, scripted, or no-code automation solutions. • Build and maintain internal HR AI agents/bots, such as Culture Agent, R&R Agent, and Employee Query Bot.
