You will spend the majority of your time (70%) building Kraftshalas Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence - designing and delivering training on paid acquisition, mentoring students, consulting on real brand problems, and staying ahead of how modern performance marketing is evolving across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. The remaining 30% of your time will be spent running and scaling performance marketing for Kraftshala, giving you a live environment to apply ideas, test new campaign structures, experiment with automation and creative strategies, and feed real execution learnings back into training and curriculum design. As the Performance Marketing Centre of Excellence, you are responsible for ensuring our programs stay at the forefront of these changes, so that students can add value to recruiting partners from Day 1. What youll spend your time on - **Developing academic content:** Combining insights from your own campaign experience with conversations with senior performance marketing practitioners to create clear frameworks for campaign structure, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding, and measurement. You will regularly experiment with tools, case studies, and live setups to keep learning relevant. - **Upgrading training design:** Using instructional design principles and analytics to upgrade projects, engagement formats, and assessments, while building repeatable playbooks for campaign planning and optimization. - **Leading external experts:** Managing a team of 8-12 part-time performance marketing experts who conduct sessions, provide project feedback, and take interviews. You will be responsible for selecting, auditing, coaching, and enabling them to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes. - **Training instruction:** Conducting regular live sessions for small and large cohorts on topics ranging from campaign setup and audience segmentation to creative testing, analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution. - **Analysing outcome metrics:** Leveraging student performance data and placement outcomes to identify gaps and continuously improve curriculum quality and admissions filters. - **(Optional) Social media impact:** Contributing to performance marketing learning content on social platforms, if this is something youre excited by. ~30% | Performance Marketing for Kraftshala To ensure the Centre of Excellence remains grounded in real execution realities, you will also work directly on Kraftshalas own growth engine. This includes: - **Paid media ownership:** Planning, running, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads to drive growth for Kraftshala. - **Experimentation scale:** Testing new campaign structures, creative approaches, audience strategies, and automation features; scaling what works and retiring what doesnt. - **Systems automation:** Partnering with internal teams on lead management, CRM workflows, attribution setups, and conversion tracking to create a more scalable acquisition engine. - Execution learnings from this work directly inform curriculum updates, teaching frameworks, and student projects.
